Payment Policy
The rent shall be paid as follows:
- 50% as deposit to confirm the booking and enter the lease agreement
- 50% as remaining balance to be paid upon arrival, prior to entering the property
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
- 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in
In case of unforeseen circumstances that render the premises unsuitable or unavailable, you are entitled to full refund of unused paid nights.
